Problem Statement

The 400 Crore men’s clothing retail company struggled with chronic delays, poor internal communication, and operational disruptions that negatively impacted brand perception and sales. The company faced significant inefficiencies in its supply chain, order process, and decision-making due to lack of real-time data and outdated communication tools, ultimately harming its ability to respond quickly to market demands.
